A West Virginia University graduate who grew up on Maryland's Eastern Shore before relocating to Deep Creek Lake, Joey combines watersports expertise with proven dealership operations leadership, deep community integration, and understanding of the local customer base and seasonal market dynamics.

Chris Alls

Head of Service

Chris brings 25 years of powersports technical experience to Next Level Marine, including 11 years serving the Deep Creek Lake market with expertise across all makes and models. His background includes training and developing successful technicians who now thrive in the local industry, demonstrating both technical capability and leadership in building service department capacity. Chris's deep technical knowledge, local market experience, and proven ability to mentor technicians positions Next Level Marine's service operations for manufacturer certification readiness and consistent warranty responsiveness.

Derek Schartiger

Marine Technician

Derek brings 15 years of mechanical experience to Next Level Marine, including 5 years as a forklift mechanic and a decade in automotive repair before specializing in MasterCrafts over the past three years. A Grantsville native and Northern High School graduate, he knows the Deep Creek Lake area and its boating community well. Derek is certified to service both MasterCraft boats and Ilmor engines, giving customers confidence that their boats are maintained to manufacturer standards. When he is not in the shop, Derek coaches his kids' sports and spends his free time outdoors fishing, hunting, and enjoying nature.
